About Us

PERS provides assistance to schools by training teachers and staff to better serve both the general education and special needs students. We believe that children can work towards achievement and success by appropriately accessing the school curriculum, optimizing behavior and social emotional responses.

We believe that behavior, academic, and social success can be achieved when the function of the behavior is identified and linked to appropriate interventions.

What We Provide

  • PERS will provide training in differentiated instructional and behavioral interventions to public, private, and non-public schools.
  • PERS will create opportunities for schools to develop their level of emotional intelligence, making school a fun and safe haven for students and their parents.
  • PERS will provide information and resources to school staff and parents on crisis issues affecting children and their families- such as domestic violence, child abuse, suicide, homelessness, and other mental health concerns.
